People talk about being "blocked" on something they're working on. Work. Personal. There's something in their way and they can't make progress.
This often leads to large delays because the only path forward is a bottle neck you can't get past. What are you supposed to do? I guess just wait?

OK, things aren't going the way you planned. You can't see a way around. But that's what you need to do now. Find a way around. Find another path. Question your assumptions. Think laterally. Find the next step. It is going to be different than your current plan but your current plan is now a problem. Rework it. Find the different, next step.
