The price of vision is frustration

If you have a vision for something, a unique and complete idea truly apart from what exists or is imaginable today, by definition it won't be obvious to other people.

You'll need to explain it. A LOT. Repeatedly. Ad nauseam.

You'll go over the same points multiple times. People won't get it even though it is obvious to you. You'll get bored with your pitch. You'll tire of having to walk people through what to you seems obvious, simple, and staring everyone in the face.

Sometimes some people will get it. Most won't. Some will say they do just to end the conversation or not hurt your feelings. You may realize that you thought you helped someone see the truth but later realize they were just nodding their head in politeness.

It won't seem fair. It will seem perplexing. It will make you angry at times. But that's the cost. That's the fee. You want to be someone with vision?

Well the price of vision is frustration. So pay up.
